Terms and Conditions for Co-op Live LinkedIn Contest

1. Contest Overview

  • Manchester Brick Specialists (“the Company”) is running a social media contest (“the Contest”) on LinkedIn. Participants have the chance to win 2 tickets to Stevie Nicks at the Co-op Live Arena in Manchester on the rescheduled date.

2. Eligibility

  • The Contest is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
  • The Contest is open to individuals in the UK.
  • Employees of Manchester Brick Specialists, their immediate families, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

To enter the Contest, participants must complete the following steps on LinkedIn:

  1. Follow Manchester Brick Specialists on LinkedIn:@manchester-brick-specialists-limited
  2. Like this post
  3. Share the contest post to your feed and tag @manchester-brick-specialists-limited
  4. Comment on the original post with the name of the person you would like to take with you to the event.

5. Contest Period

  • The Contest begins at 10am on Wednesday 26th June 2024 and ends 11.59pm on the 14th July. All entries must be received within this period to be eligible.
  • Participants must still be following the Company during the selection period to remain eligible.

6. Prize

  • One winner will receive 2 tickets to Stevie Nicks at the Co-op Live Arena in Manchester on the 16th July 2024.
  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

  • The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
  • The winner will be notified via both a social post and direct message on LinkedIn.
  • The winner must respond to the notification within 12 hours to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond, Manchester Brick Specialists reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8. Publicity

  • By entering the Contest, participants agree to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Data Protection

  • Any personal data collected during the course of the Contest will be processed in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy.

10. General Conditions

  • Manchester Brick Specialists reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Company’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest.
  • The Company reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Terms and Conditions.
  • The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with LinkedIn.

11. Governing Law

  • The Contest and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
